We only collect what is needed to sell you the program and save your progress.
What we collect. When you buy, Shopify collects your name, email, payment and billing details to process your order. If you choose to sign in inside the app, we also store your email address and the progress you enter: workouts ticked off, habits, meals, weight, measurements, check-in answers and notes.
Where it is stored. Your order is handled by Shopify. App progress is stored on your device and, if you sign in, in a secure cloud database (Supabase) so it can follow you to a new phone. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend.
What we do with it. We use it only to deliver your purchase, let you sign in, and keep your progress. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. Progress photos stay on your own device and are never uploaded.
